I’m so happy I chose Dr. Illich for my lipo and BBL! I was nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. The results? WOW. My body looks snatched, and my butt is exactly how I pictured it. The recovery was easier than I thought too, thanks to the awesome aftercare instructions. Dr. Illich is a true pro, and I honestly feel like I got my dream body! Highly recommend him for anyone thinking about these procedures!!!

I recently had a Mommy Makeover with Dr. Illich Navarro, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment I met him and his team, they made me feel so comfortable and reassured. The hospital is super modern, and the recovery house is absolutely beautiful. It even has an elevator and a hyperbaric chamber, which made my recovery so much easier. Everything about my stay was designed to help me feel relaxed and well taken care of. Dr. Navarro is not only an expert but also truly cares about his patients. He and his team were always there for me, making sure I felt supported every step of the way. I’m so happy with my results and incredibly grateful for how kind and attentive everyone was. If you’re thinking about doing something like this, I can’t recommend Dr. Navarro and his amazing team enough!

I recently had a mommy makeover, arm lift, and BBL with Dr. Illich, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Illich is a true artist and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, his expertise and care were evident. Dr. Yosie has also been fantastic, meeting with me before and after surgery to give me all pertinent details and post-op instructions. What a fabulous duo of doctors! A huge shoutout to Ana, who guided me through every step of the process. Her support and knowledge made everything smooth and stress-free. She was here when I arrived and provided a personal touch by bringing me to a local grocery store to get snacks for the day before my surgery, and recommended the best restaurants nearby where I was staying. She has personally visited me at the recovery house several times this week to ensure I am healing well and all my needs are met, and to provide details for my return home.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience. From the beginning, working with Ana, she was so compassionate and patient with me. She put my mind at ease with every question I had, and I had many! Dr Illich is so professional & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my body needed & listened to what i was looking to achieve very closely & really tailored everything to my specific body. I'm from CA so I was nervous to have surgery in TJ but everything was so well thought out. From the first night in the Quartz Hotel, a very modern hotel with every amenity that a hotel in the US has. Everything that you need is next door to this hotel ex: lab work, xray, pharmacy & tons of food options. The entrance to each of these places is on the 2nd floor which I appreciated as a visitor to another country. The hospital was clean, safe, & very modern. Nurses are very attentive & professional. After surgery Dr Yosie spent a lot of time with me, answering every question, easing my mind, incredible
