My experience is unforgettable even in those difficult moments of my life! I was in this hospital as an American tourist in intensive care for a month suffering from Covid19, they accepted my American insurance without any problems. The hospital staff is wonderful, impeccably organized and professional, the food is balanced and fresh. Hygiene at the highest possible level. Perfect patient care.

After we did the Brain surgery. Come back from Cancun not even one month yet, She Recovery very fast. She can walk now. We did not went any Physical therapy yet, But sill very fast recovery. I think Lopez Serna did the surgery very well. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and Thank you all the Nurse and doctor help us

Llegué ahí a urgencias por un dolor de espalda y abdomen fatal ! Pero el servicio es pésimo tardaron en recibirme la doctora que me recibió bien, los enfermeros me traían como res en la camilla topándome por las paredes para llevarme al estudio el enfermero comiendo una paleta y para canalizarme el suero fatal, el estudio me costó 8000 pesos y sus máquinas del años del caldo salí corriendo de ahí pues me decían que era por una operación de mi columna de hace años y que tenía el riñón mal una infección que por supuesto no tenía infección y era una colitis !! Por favor no vayan ahí !

This place is a shame . If u are American I really suggest not going there . They nearly killed me , when I had a simple gallbladder surgery. Ended up spending over 80,000 dollars . And talk about the abuse they put u through as a patient is not okay. I will never land my feet back in Mexico for the simple reason of them just wanting my money.. that I work very hard 🤯 came back to the USA with bruises head to toe and server ptsd. I had to have another surgery cause he aggressively ripped my stomach tube out when it was only in my stomach for 8 hours . Oh not to mention when I asked him nicely before I went under surgery to not kill me as a joke .. and he said “your asking a lot it’s 3 am “ and literally almost lost my life . I’m glad to have lots of angels that protected me

Excelente atención. Staff muy amable y cálido. Estaba de vacaciones y tenia problemas con mi Asistencia al viajero, me contuvieron y me permitieron que me quede con mi mama operada en la habitación (puesto que no teníamos ya el hotel) Agradecida con el equipo de admisiones, médicos y enfermeros. Nos sentimos cuidadas y muy bien tratadas.

La atención fue rápida y buena, en cuanto llegué me atendieron

Quiero agradecer a la doctora Citlalli Panamá y a todo el equipo de enfermeras y asistentes del hospital. Dos ocasiones he tenido que hospitalizar me y de las dos ocasiones estoy muy agradecida. Excelente atención, servicio y asistencia.
