Mannn everything about this place is 5 stars I didn’t have not one issue with them! The staff was kind and informative, the place was super clean and smelled clean (even the bathrooms), the equipment was up to date, I called Monday and was able to book an appointment the next day! My dentist here in Florida told me I wouldn’t be able to do a root canal and that I would have to extract my tooth and get an implant but when I came here and they ran their own scans they told me it was still possible to save my tooth and they might be able to do the root canal pending what they see once they actually work on my tooth, but that it was still a high chance they could save it and that’s exactly what they did so not only did they help me keep my natural tooth they also saved me money! What would’ve cost me over 3k in fl came out to 1.1k. (Root canal and crown) I would definitely come back here if I needed any major work done again! I booked through dental departures.

I've been to Dentics in Cancun twice in the past two years for some extensive work. They've been clear and communicative on each procedure performed. I've been very happy with the service, the people and staff. I would recommend Dentics to anyone looking to have dental work done.

Love this place! I’ve been a patient here since 2020, the staff is super nice and informational. They did a great job on my implants and crowns, price is great for the work. Anytime I had a question or concern I just texted or called through whatsapp. I came from Florida for 6 days and they gave me rides from the airport to my resort and back and to all my appointments. I highly recommend DENTICS, and I love the new clinic it’s SUPER NICE

I´m so glad that this team at Dentics Cancun provides you transportation for all the appointments. The clinic is perfectly clean and all the doctors and nurses are so professional, I´ll come back in a few months for my second stage and I think I couldn´t find a better place to have this procedure that I was looking for a long time ago.

To all my American friends. The folks at Dentics Cancun are like my family now. I just completed my second trip and received my final denture. The care I was given was head and shoulders above any dentist I have ever been to in the States, and it cost me 70% less. Do yourself a favor and take a dental vacation to Cancun. It is worth EVERY penny.

I was looking for somewhere outside of Canada to have some major dental work done and was referred to Dentics by a friend who had a full top and bottom implant set done. Let me tell you: Dentics is AMAZING. The dentists and attendants as well as the office staff are all total professionals and the clinic itself is cleaner and more modern than any dentist office I’ve ever been in Canada. The cost is less than half of what you’ll pay in Canada/USA and the work is staggeringly good. I had an implant put in and, with the medications prescribed afterward, there was zero pain, zero swelling, zero blood. How is this even possible? The dentists speak great English and are top level pros. AND they cover your airport transfers and day-to-day rides to the office ans back to your hotel. Also, after you’re done for the day, it’s a ten minute walk to a gorgeous Cancun beach. But the answer is simple… the quality of work that is done. And most importantly it’s done with such excellence. The service we have received is top notch for sure. I'm from Vancouver, Canada, and started researching where I should get my dental work completed. I came across Dentics in Cancun and was impressed from their website and no pressure communication. Over a few months of communication I was able to commit to going to get all of my teeth crowned, one extraction, one bridge, and gum surgery by Dr. Sandy. Dr. Sandy was fantastic and was always making sure that I was comfortable and her assistants were great as well. It was very clear that she takes great pride in her work as I could tell that she was very focused on getting everything done perfectly. I was able to take 2 weeks vacation to get all of my work done which left me with a few days extra to enjoy my new smile. I started getting compliments on my teeth immediately which was completely foreign to me. I'm still getting used to the positive feedback. I would recommend Dentics to anyone. I was slightly concerned about traveling to another country to get affordable dentistry work.

The ride from the airport was on time and took me to my first appointment. After that Dentics provides their own driver who was friendly and on time. The provided hotel was good and very close. The office is very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I used full sedation and it was over before I noticed. They made sure that I’d made it to pharmacy and back to the hotel safely. After about 36 hours went back to the dentist for a check up and to start making my temp teeth. At the last visit the dentist checked out the implants and the temporary teeth was finished. The next day provided me a ride back to the airport. I was happy with the overall experience and looking forward to coming back in a few months for my permanent teeth.
