I give this place a 10/10 I mean I have no complaints at all down to the nurses and my doctor (Dr. green) everyone was so nice and attentive. I came alone by myself and they made sure I had everything that I needed and if I didn’t have it they will provided for me. They always make sure I was hydrated with the IVs and also they were on top of my pain medication so I barely had any pain at all the first day wasn’t easy but the second/ third day went very smoothly I appreciate every staff in this hospital. they took very good care of me if anyone wants to come alone you can I mean it’s really nothing to it. Everyone will take care of you and everyone will be attentive to you. I appreciate each and every staff of this hospital for being there for me. And last but not least the hospital is very clean!!! Thank you renew bariatric ustedes son un amor!

The staff is very friendly and have met all of my needs. Medicines arrived in a timely manner. The hospital is clean and the equipment is up to date. I would choose this hospital again. Food was good too!

Excellent facility

After being on the Renew fb support page for 4 years, I knew I was making the right decision to have my surgery here. The excellent service started from our transportation driver and it didn’t stop there. I’m so happy that I started the first day of my new life with Renew.

Not sure what education the surgical/recovery staff gets. Recently had plastic surgery here and let’s just say I was afraid I wasn’t making it home. I have never been so terrified in my life. It wasn’t the language issue it was the inability to see my iv had come out of my vessel, getting a new iv in , feeding a catheter, drawing blood, communication within themselves, lack of check ins. Ultimately ended up having blood and plasma transfusion due to their lab not being up to snuff and giving inaccurate results causing me to go into shock never felt to unsafe in my life.

Hola creo q es un malísimo Hospital comenzando con el cuarto después de la cirugía uno despertando de la anestesia te meten a un cuarto que ellos le llaman de recuperación el grupo de enfermeros ahí andan lavando utensilios de aluminio hacen una gran bulla ! mientras q otras enfermeras andan cantando como si estuvieran en un antro con kareoki ( no se como se escribe perdón ) y otra llamada coNy enfermera no habla grita como q lo hace por molestar pero son gritos los q pega para comunicarse con sus compañeros otros enfermeros eran risas y carcajadas así q es horrible ese cuarto de (recuperación ) creo se llama donde te llevan después de la cirugía muy decepcionada de ese Hospital no se los recomiendo !!
