I started going to Dr. Guerrero in 2013. My Dentist in the US said I needed two root canals. Which was going cost over $3k. My girlfriend at the time was from the valley. She suggested going to Nuevo Progresso. I did some research and chose Dr. Guerrero. One of the best decisions I ever made. He immediately said I didn’t need a root canal just crowns. “I try not to kill teeth, if at all possible.” Brilliant! So he saved both teeth and it only cost me $300! Less than a tenth of the cost my “Dentist” was going to charge me to murder my teeth. Dr Guerrero is now my Dentist. I have bad teeth. Through no fault of my dentist. He has done crowns and implants for me over the past 11 years. Done with care and precision. What else would you expect from a Dentist with a degree from Harvard Dental School. And at less than half the cost of Dentists in The US. Do yourself a favor, give Alpha Dental a call.

Great service, amazing staff

I recently went to this clinic after having dental work at another clinic (2 root canals and 2 crowns) - I was told I needed an extraction as well. So I was referred to this office for a 2nd opinion - I met Mr.John and his staff which were all very friendly, helpful and explained options. Sometimes the people really make a dental office and they are the best. was welcomed with open arms- I explained my situation that I needed an extraction ASAP. A young lady dentist ( I cannot remember her name) did my procedure as well as bonding was done on my front teeth and a cavity at a affordable cost. they were patient and willing to hear my concerns and what they could do and what I want. Mr. John is great, he speaks perfect English as well. I am excited to have found a new dentist office that I look forward to coming to again.

Definitely recommend coming here. The staff is amazing. Super friendly people who honestly want to help out. They answered all of my questions and assured all of my concerns. I will definitely be coming back.

They did a great job . My wife said they were great and very sweet. She had several root canals. The price was reasonable.

Ramon speaks English really good he was very helpful John went far and beyond (he’s a U.S citizen so English is his first language) I did 7 filings My friend did 3 crowns, 2 root canal and 4 filings They were very patient, the job was perfectly done They explain everything to you They make sure the job is perfect and always there for you! They even helped us around the city They willing to meet you at the border Ot was such a great experience and I’m very happy and satisfied about it Thanks to every one!

Its been along time since I went there. But, my daughter and I went there before the Covid pandemic. I was kind of nervous as it was my first time in Mexico. The man in the office spoke very good English and we felt very comfortable. The doctor filled a cavity for my daughter and we were very happy with his service. I would go more often if I lived in the Valley. Thank you for your professionalism.

The best dentist and team I have ever had!!! I just felt so at home. Dr. Edger takes time explaining everything before the procedure. They are so transparent about the pricing and the procedures.I was asked to perform a root canal by my dentist in the US but Dr. Edger explained that if I can save the tooth I should try and try and see if we can get away by cleaning and a filling. I did a few fillings and an extraction and he did such a good job. A big thank you to John and Ramos for treating us like family!!! We really missed you guys when we crossed back into the US. If you ever need a good dentist do try and visit Alpha dentals.

Did a lot of online research to find one of the best reviewed dentists in Progresso and settled on Alpha One. What a great choice! John is a very special patient advocate that will provide advice on every aspect of your visit. Dr. Edgar and his staff are extremely professional and prompt. It's a 1656 mile drive from N. Wisconsin and very much worth it. In 2021, my wife had 5 crowns and misc and I had extractions, bone graft, several implants placed and misc done. All very successful. This year, had the abutments and crowns placed, again, very successfully. Excellent work and saved thousands even after traveling and hotel expenses. Thank everyone there and Merry Christmas!
