Very worst service, they don't have any good service but they charge too much money, omg i paid 90 euros for the only advice from gastroenteroligist hahaha...bad bad bad clicnic i never saw...

I cannot praise this hospital, its Director General and all the staff, highly enough. As a family, we have been using its services since its inception. Dr Vassallo has invariably given us his personal, undivided attention on each and every visit. Moreover, I was there for an MRI yesterday. I was most impressed by the cleanliness throughout even though I could see that there are building works going on. Certainly a feather in the caps of the cleaners and maintenance team. Congratulations to all.

I was sent here by Spinola clinic for kidney stone scans. It was arranged in 24 hours and I had my scans done on time and was sitting with the doctor 20 mins later to go through the results and what I needed to do. Yes, the ground floor is a bit of a mess with renovations, but level 1 is a professional setup as expected and the service and timeliness were excellent.

Receptionists are very rude with the client. 3 times i visited for a single blood report. (I clearly specify the receptionist that i will collect my report directly) finally they sent me by E Mail. Even after 3 visits I didn't receive my report 🙏. I never recommend this clinic.

Bad behavior from reception staff. Rude language and charge 1 euro for mask and insult in front of every one. Last three times I do medical there now decided not any more. Not RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BAD RECEPTION STAFF

Booking experience was great, including friendly follow ups (twice) to make sure I was coming and would be on time. Sadly, although I arrived on time, I'm still made to wait with two other patients still waiting to visit my doctor before me. The building is still under construction, with areas being worked on exposed for all to see. This is not what I expect to see in a hospital, even more so a private one. (Edit: am lowering from 2 stars to 1 star, as I've now been waiting more than 30min past my appointment time)

Very poor service and staff is not well trained beside very rude. Just for a normal face mask charging 1€ which is way alot since the customer is paying for thier services fee. Not recommended.

Would not recommend poor customer service to say paying private, kept waiting 40 minutes after appointment time, no one said any delay. Went back to reception no one seemed interested. When went to,pay no thank you. definately will not be using again

Very bad attitude and they don't listen even doctors. We have appointment in 5 pm and we have an emergency issue. Our doctor explained it's emergency and we need to enter in 5 pm but they made us wait very very long time. They don't understand and don't care anything.
