Dr Sin is very cheerful, attentive and enthusiastic on the job. She performed scaling without the patient feeling much pain and tactically guided the patient throughout the treatment. She also adds a personal touch when speaking to patients. 5⭐ customer service Price wise, scaling rates are aligned to market rates. The dental clinic provides 2-years membership subscription for just RM20 which allows patients to enjoy variable discounts ranging from 10% - 15% for basic treatments.

The staff is helpful they can speak English as well and they did inform me about my next appointment. Hopefully everything will be in good procedure for my root canal schedule. This is a best clinic so far on my experience. The clinic is very nice and clean and the dentist as well is very friendly and cooperative and helpful too, the denstist is very informative and she is making sure that I will not feel too much pain while undergoing the cleaning procedure of my root canal.

I've been coming to Q&M for all my dental visits. The place is clean and so welcoming. Dr Quah is so gentle with the treatments and scaling procedures! And at every visit he tells me how to take care of my teeth. Front desk and clinic staffs are all very nice and friendly :) if you've been afraid to visit the dentist, this is the go to place! Will surely recommend!
