I had an excellent experience at Pantai Hospital. The staff provided outstanding service efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctors were not only knowledgeable but also very kind and approachable, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. The facilities were clean and well maintained, reflecting the hospital’s commitment to patient care. I’m so happy with the level of service I received and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I recently made a few visits for an ultrasound, a couple of blood tests and a minor surgery. Overall, I was pleased with the level of service, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. My surgeon (Dr Azlina) was not only knowledgeable but also empathetic, communicative, and very much involved throughout the process. The nursing staff were equally impressive—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Parking is easy to find - There’s never been an instance where I had trouble finding one. There’s also plenty of waiting areas available in the building. The only drawback was the long wait time (1.5 hr) at the imaging department, with no clear estimate provided. Improving this aspect would make an otherwise excellent experience even better.

I've had one of the most pleasant stay here at Pantai Bangsar when I was admitted for acute bronchitis. I would like to commend ask the nurses and staffs in Ward B3 for being so attentive, welcoming and assuring during my stay here. Dr Ummi, my attending doctor visited every day with a reassuring smile. The 2 physiotherapists Jia Yun and Hanis were great in helping me relief some of my discomfort from coughing as well as teaching breathing techniques to expel my phlegm. The food was pretty good too and I looked forward to the chocolate muffin at tea time every day. Thank you again to all who have helped in my road to recovery🫶

I have been a patient at PHKL since 2009 and have consulted with various specialists for different medical issues. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. I would like to give special praise to my orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Sivananthan, who is very knowledgeable with vast experience. He has been exceptionally attentive, empathetic, communicative, and involved throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank Nurse Rohana and Nurse Zainab, who have been consistently kind, attentive to my needs, and always ready to help during my follow-up visits. Thank you
