Optimax in Belfast was recommended to myself and all I can say is they did not disappoint!! From start to finish very friendly and professional.All questions answered even when they sounded silly!! .I would highly recommend the procedure I had Lazik done on my eyes and can’t believe the difference getting up in the morning and not having to grab for my glasses or the hassle of contact lens .So if your thinking of it go for a consultation and decide for urself!

Doing my Smile Pro recently. Great support and overall experience. Doctors are kind and gently in taking care of your understanding to whole surgery process. Recovery is fast and all in good care. Shoutout to Dr Adeline for the help and all support. Highly recommend

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Tang and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From my first consultation to the post-operative follow-up, Dr. Tang and the entire staff were incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. Malini staff was amazing staff took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all my questions, which helped me feel at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how quickly I recovered. My vision has improved significantly, and I can now enjoy activities that I had trouble with before. The dr Tang and staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you , optimax once again!

Wait time was not that long. Staff polite. Just a reminder to Optimax to ensure all staff handling the clients through the various examination rooms need to wear face mask. During the eye examination, clients are in a fixed positioned facing the test equipment with the staff's face very close to the client. So close that I had to time my breath to avoid inhaling the staff's breath.

What can I say about Optimax. It’s definitely the right choice for me personally amongst the various and vast choices for LASIK institutions. Not to downplay the competitors but generally, Optimax blew me away with its amazing service and professionalism. Everything from start to finish was handled very carefully and was very smooth.

Smooth process from eye examination, surgery (Smile Pro) with Dr. Adeline and post check-up. Waiting area is also comfortable. All the staff are friendly and clear in giving instructions, explaining every step. Dr. Adeline was also great, felt comfortable doing the procedure with her even though I was nervous, she reassured me everything is going smoothly. Would recommend to family and friends.

I went for a LASIK consultation in December 2013 at Optimax Sunway and I was impressed with the friendliness and dedication of the staff in providing the best for me. Called in for an appointment a few days before and did not have to wait long for my eye exam. The environment there is cosy. Was found to be suitable for all types of LASIK and i opted for the latest Lasik technology, Relex Smile which can be done without opening up the cornea. The results were great, no complaints!! Totally met my expectations :)
