カフェなどもあり、病院とは思えないほど綺麗で落ち着く場所でした。 初めての海外での病院受診だったのですが、日本人通訳の菅原さんが通訳を担当してくださり、最後まで付き添ってくださり、安心して受診することができました。ありがとうございました！

I would like to say thank you to Ms Michelle and Ms Huey Yin. I felt that Ms Michelle is a professional Customer Service Translator from health screen department of Gleneagles Hospital, KL. She is able to translate a few health screen packages from English to Chinese version. Moreover, she is able to explain and answered all my queries. She assists my boss to make an appointment for health screen. She is responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience, she provided an excellent customer service with quality and timely assistance to me. Her effective and efficient service make me felt comfortable. Ms Huey Yin able to support with strong customer service abilities to my boss while she was at the hospital. She delivered the best customer experience. The overall rating to both of them are 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I recently visited Dr. Dewi's Specialist Clinic for my hypertension diagnose, and I am extremely pleased with the care I received. Dr. Dewi Ramasamy was highly professional and thorough in diagnosing the root cause of my condition. Nurse Neela Ward 5A also took excellent care of me during my admission. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hospital for their exceptional medical care and compassionate staff.

第二次去这里体检了，体验一直都不错。特别是翻译HueyYin- Lim 服务很好 很细心 明年体检还会预约她帮我翻译。

eines gutes, kompetentes und großes Krankenhaus mit Notfall- und Unfallambulanz. Ich war hier wegen Bauchschmerzen die schon seit 10 Tagen andauern. Sie haben Blut- und Urintest gemacht und einen kompletten Bauchultraschall incl CT der Lendenwirbelsäule. Alle Ätzte und Schwestern denen ich begegnet bin haben sehr sehr gut englisch gesrpochen. Ich wurde nie alleine gelassen und immer in die unterschiedlichen Behandlugnsräume gebracht. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Touristin kann ich es allen andern Touristen defintiv weiterempfehlen. Das Krankenhaus enstprich meiner laienhaften EInschätzung nach europäischem Standard. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die viel zu kalt runtergekühlten Warteräume. Wir haben irgendwann eine Decke bekommen da meine Tochter und ich sooo sehr gefroren haben. Also: unbedingt Jacke mitnehmen!
