Columbia PJ has been the best hospital for me so far, offering excellent services in every aspect. My doctor, Dr. Paul, is not only highly experienced but also very friendly—truly the best! The nurses are exceptionally well-trained and provide outstanding care, especially SN Hazriena, PCA Iffah, SN Atiqah M, and SN Natasya. Their professionalism and dedication to their work are commendable.

I came to the hospital for my daughter due to her fast breathing. We arrived at around 5 PM. I received a call at 3:20 PM asking me to come, and I was told that a room was ready for admission. After completing all the procedures at the emergency and seeing the doctor, we were informed that our room was not ready yet! Now we have been waiting for almost 3 hours just for a room! Oh btw, the doctor is nice and friendly. Just disappointing to the hospitality.
