On 13/10/18 I had a gastric bypass. On waking from the anaesthetic and over the following few hours I only suffered mild discomfort in my upper torso which was manageable with paracetamol. In fact, I had to question whether they had done the operation as I felt so well.

I went to Nord for gastric bypass surgery. The price was incredible compared to Ireland. My experience was all positive, the clinic is very clean and all staff were very helpful and kind. I am already planning to go back next year for a tummy tuck.

I contacted the team after look on the internet and finding this place was a good price. I then began researching the clinic as I was wary of it being abroad. I found loads of good reviews and success stories. I read of how welcoming the team were and helpful. I joined the facebook page and asked genuine patients about their experience and got a lot of good feedback from there. The whole experience was great! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The team was lovely, picked me and my partner up from the airport then took us back and to from the clinic for appointments then back to the hotel. All staff spoke good English. My appointment was all on the same day and one after the other so no waiting around. I was given clear instructions on everything and my opinion was always taken into account. The nurses were very caring and empathetic and were always there when you needed them or pressed the buzzer.

My appointment was easy to bo, all through email or text. The customer service representative was fantastic. The staff in the clinic was fantastic and everything was explained clearly. The service is very professional, its the easiest booking I have ever made. The clinic was very clean. I shared a room with another girl having the same surgery as me, so it was a good experience.
