Very happy with the service provided, made me feel very at ease with the process and the staff were very friendly and kind. The doctor was always available to answer any questions I had pre and post surgery and they made sure I visited every 2/3 days for 9 days after surgery for wash and check up. I have laser and plasma treatment now for the next 4 months included in the package. Extremely pleased with the results so far.

Couldn't be any happier with the customer service received. They were very professional and welcoming since the first visit. When I first visited, I had a 1 on 1 consultation with the doctor and he took all the time to explain the procedure and even drew some lines to explain where and how the transplantation will proceed. On the day of the surgery , The doctor was always available and helpful. They brought in food every 2-3 hours as the surgery was 8 hours. After the surgery, I had a follow up every 2 days for cleaning and changing of bandages for a full week. The staff are amazing and very gentle. I still have Laser and Plasma with my package , so I will be updating the results on my review in the next 6 months

Got my hair transplant 3 months ago, (5000 grafting) still waiting for the final results after a year. So far so good. Staff are accommodating, the place is clean and well maintained. Hoping for a positive results.
