Filled in the contact forms, sent emails, called both the UK and CZ number multiple times. Never heard anything back. If this is the beginning of my customer experience, I do not want to imagine how the rest of the process goes.

I wrote 4 emails within 6 weeks and received no response at all. This place is not professional!

I just got my balloon removed. I had one year of gastric balloon surgery with Erika from PMI at their clinic in Prague. She helped organise my trip and my second trip to have it removed as well. The balloon is great, I lost almost 2 stones in a year. You can feel it sometimes in your stomach but it does hurt. If I could keep it, I would. Recommend to everyone who didn't want to get the big gastric surgery.

After debating the decision for nearly 2 years, I finally went ahead with a gastric sleeve operation with PMI team in September 2021. It was the best decision I have ever made and I now feel fantastic. To date, I have lost 5 and a half stone / 35 kilos in just over 5 months and the weight continues to fall off. PMI team have been excellent, attentive, supportive and caring during the initial consultations, pre-operation, at the hospital itself and postoperatively. The results post operation have been incredible. I would highly recommend PMI team - the service they have provided has been second to none!

I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2021. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. Mrs Erika was kind and efficient throughout and the PMI team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from hospital and Prague was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately.

All things considered, I was very nervous! I was picked up as promised, the hotel was clean and friendly and the hospital was very close by. The hospital was spotless, the staff spoke English and we're very friendly and attentive to me. The surgical staff were excellent, explained everything and kept in touch throughout my stay. Can't fault any of it and would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery over a year ago with PMI and I decided to write a review after a while, when everything is healed and I actually lost huge amount of weight without any medical problems. I am so happy. I was in touch with Erika who helped me through the process. I ended up loosing over 30kgs which I have never imagined I would. Erika also helped me to get rid of the extra skin I have left and I am booked for another breast augmentation this December. I am so happy and I definitely recommend. I have had always problems with my weight, and especially after having my child. Therefore I´ve decided to do something about it, but I failed every diet. I searched in the internet and got the idea of the sleeve or wrap surgery. I contacted some clinics and finally decided for the sleeve as it is supposed to have better results. Now I am 3 months after the surgery,I feel great and I already lost some weight and still loosing, can´t wait for being able to do sports with my husband as I always used to and loved to!! At Prague Medical Institute I got the best service I could! My personal coordinator was very helpful and nice everytime I needed something. She helped me to plan my trip and gave me all details, so I had no doubts I am in good hands. When I came to Prague she accompanied me to the clinic, showed me everything and was super kind. Also the clinic was nice, modern and clean, all doctors and staff speaking english. I can only recommend!

Hi everyone, I would like to share my story with you. I was considering to have some lipo on my abdomen because I wasn't happy with it even I was working out 4 times in week and I ate healthy food but I could not get rid of it, was my problematic area since I reached 34years. I have contacted few clinics in Europe and I got few replies from Turkey, Poland, Spain, Bulgaria and Czech republic. I know that Poland and Turkey are much cheaper as I liked prices but I was not sure about that because one of my friends wasn't happy with results, so I was little bit scared to travel to Turkey. I decided to do online consultation becase it was easier for me to sent pictures for assessment than traveling for personal consultation. After some quotes I decided to choose Prague Medical Institute. I would like to pointed out that I got speedy replies from coordinator Petra even it was late night on the weekend, she was really helpful and she explained to me all of my questions.

Hello everyone, My name is Alison and I underwent rhinoplasty treatment with Dr. Krivosudsky about 2 months ago and I contacted PMI (Prague Medical Institute) because my friend Lisa recommended them to me - she underwent breast surgery and she is really happy with result. I got in touch with Erika - very nice and helpful young lady. I sent pictures over and I got few doctor's recommendation with prices and I decided to go ahead with dr. Krivosudsky - my friend recommended him and I also made my research so the choice was clear. Want to thank to Erika for her job. She is amazing the communication was fast and she planned the trip for me. I was coming with my boyfriend to Prague and she gave him also some tips what he should see in Prague (it was first time there). About the clinic and doctor. The clinic is very clean, nice and modern. Whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor is perfect and very professional. He answered all of my questions and he made my nose exactly.
