I had lens replacement at the beginning of January 2025.The whole procedure was first class from the first email to operation.I was picked up at the airport by the taxi they arranged and taken to the hotel.The clinic was only a few minutes walk from my hotel.I was lucky enough be offered too have both eyes operated on the same day.3 weeks later and my vision is terrific I haven’t worn glasses since the operation.I was kept informed of any changes including a message at 9.30pm the day before that my operation time had changed by a couple of hours.I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having lens replacement and the big plus it was 50% cheaper than the uk and Prague is a beautiful place to visit.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit PragaMedica gemacht, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme per Mail über Telefonate mit Daniela, die alles super organisierte: Termine bei der Augenklinik NeoVize, Transfers vom Flughafen zum Hotel und wieder zurück, Buchung des Hotels, inkl. der Nachfragen, ob Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit läuft bis zu meiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland, einfach nur Super. Auch die Vorort Betreuung in der Augenklinik durch die Mitarbeiter Tomas und Karla war sehr gut. Im Hotel hatte man durch die Buchung über PragaMedica auch eine sehr gute Betreuung, z.B. konnte man im ruhigen Business-Bereich sein Frühstück genießen. Ich kann PragaMedica mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

I used Praga medica and woow how amazing was the whole experience. On the morning of consultation I was met at my hotel and transported to clinic. The following day was left eye and day after right eye. The whole experience was painless and as soon as the patches were removed I could see. So much so, I have recommended Praga to my friends who are also booking in!! I would 100% use Praga Medica again .

I was slightly nervous going abroad for surgery but Brigita from Praga Medica reassured me all of the way and was always there to answer any of my questions and make me feel comfortable and at ease, even with me at my consultation right through to the aftercare when I was back home in the UK. Brigita made sure to get the right dates that suited my needs as I had a specific timeframe to fit it in aswell as the best suited surgeon for what I required. My interactions with Jana the agent for Praga médica was amazing. She was very helpful, friendly and reassuring. Always there to answer any questions I had.The staff at Neovize were amazing and very professional. The procedure was just mind blowing as it took less than 10 minutes. So I would definitely recommend Praga médica for eye surgery.

The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!

The surgery to implant tridocal-torical lenses was succesfull. The clinic is perfect, modern, professional staff. All was perfect. The attention of Adam was very helpful. Very good professional assistant. My rate is 10 over 10.

After using glasses for nearly 34 years I decided to have RLE Multifocal Toric lenses. Have done extensive research to choose a clinic (UK, Prague, Istanbul and Budapest). Decided to go for Praga Medica, it's not the cheapest but best reviews. Customer services and administrative work at Praga Medica is 5 stars, all thanks to Katerina (she is fantastic, professional, dedicated and ready to help with anything to make you comfortable)
