I can not recommend WLSA enough!!!! The support is amazing and information provided prior to the procedure was thorough. I knew exactly what I was going to go through, how to manage this and to remind my self constantly of the WHY I was going through this. I am now 5 months post surgery, lost 30kgs and have my life back!!!! I will say that the surgery or devises are just a tool to help you succeed. You still have to do the hard work, make smart choices about what you are putting in your mouth as this is a tool to change your life. If you don't you will not succeed and you will blame everyone else or WLSA. I can't thank the team enough the support is fantastic, best decision I have ever made!!!!

When my GP suggested weight loss surgery to help me with some significant health issues, I was a bit shocked. Wlsa has not only helped me to loose weight, I gained my live back. I have been supported. Helped with my dietary needs. The team listed when the road was tough. The held seminars, fitness training much more. The team enspired me so much that instead of only being able to do 900 to 1200 steps a day to now running fun runs and loving it. I have nice experience with them. Accommodating staffs and great service. Had elipse gastric balloon procedure last month and it's definitely worth every penny!

If you are after more than weight loss surgery and being forgotten then Felicity and her team at WLSA are the only choice. The team at WLSA are nothing less than amazing. The added benefits of nurses, dieticians, psychologists all available as part of your weight loss journey is invaluable. Nearly three years post op I am joining the 2021 WLSA Gold Coast marathon team this year. The only regret I have is not reaching out to them earlier.

Gastric bypass done two days ago and I cannot say enough that does the care you receive from WMSA justice. Dr Shaw genuinely cares about his patients and his incredible team have your back the through the entire process!
