Unfortunately the massage I received was disappointing. I felt as though the therapist didn’t know what she was doing. The whole hour I was neither relaxed nor relieved of any tension in my neck/back. Communication was poor and I wasn’t even offered a class of water while using sauna after massage (a small thing but makes a big difference). Extremely annoyed I wasted my time and money as I am looking for a regular massage therapist in the area.

I had a reflexology session with Zarah and it was so relaxing and calming, exactly what I was after. She was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this centre.

I booked in for a pregnancy massage at 38 weeks with Zarah. It was so nice to have a proper prone remedial massage. Zarah is an attentive, experienced masseuse who left me feeling limber and relaxed!

Had an excellent Remedial Massage here with Ash. It was exactly what I needed after a very stressful few weeks. I had a sore neck and shoulders, and a very tight glute. Ash eased up the discomfort and hit all my key areas perfectly, whilst not leaving anything out. I left feeling very relaxed. I loved all the hot towel compresses too. The rooms are comfortable (could have been a little warmer but I should have asked to turn up the heat). I'm booked in to try Reflexology and the sauna very soon. Can't wait!! Definitely recommend.

I was hesitant to try remedial massage, but was encouraged to by my dentist + osteopath to help with my migraines! I have seen Greta for three weeks in a row now, and it is AMAZING! She instantly made me feel calm, welcome, and relaxed. I always get worried experiences like this will be weird/uncomfortable, but she put me at ease in every way. The room was so beautiful and clean, and a soothing and accepting atmosphere. My neck, back and head felt amazing afterwards, and I love how I feel each week! Greta is a kind person who is so gifted at what she does. I would highly recommend Harmony Naturopathics to you if you're thinking of trying remedial massage!

Ash has helped me with a multitude of issues and the results have been amazing. Ash really cares about her clients and she is so passionate and knowledgeable in all things health. I’d highly recommend Harmony Naturopathics to anyone wanting an excellent massage or needing treatment for a specific issue. 10/10

Poor communication and customer service. Not willing to honour gift vouchers and expiry date unchanged even during Covid lockdown and they are unable to provide a service. They will accept the money but not change their policies. One customer not going back and yes happy to tell others.

Had a massage with ash after damaging a muscle in my neck from lifting at the gym. And oh my gosh I walked out feeling a 11/10. Back to normal and gym the next day! To say she’s amazing is actually an understatement. Thank you so much ash❤️

Fantastic massage..... listened to my issues & concerns and ensured that they were all worked on at a level i am comfortable with... havent felt that good after a massage before!

Stacey is amazing at brows and waxing she is so thorough and quick. The space it's self is also very calming and peaceful.
