A never-ending nightmare for a small cosmetic issue. I had a minor cosmetic issue.The initial quote was €1,200, but upon arrival at the clinic, I was billed €1,600. They assured me the treatment would last a maximum of six months, but actually take 20 months. I traveled to Tirana three times: first for the aligner mold, second for the application, and third because the aligners hadn’t arrived yet. They attempted to send the aligners by mail, but being non-EU medical devices without a CE mark, they were held up at customs in Brescia.Some of the aligners were defective, and despite my requests, the clinic never responded. The initial quote was €1.200, but once I arrived at the clinic, they presented me with a bill for €1.600. At the time of the installation of the first aligner, I was informed that the treatment would last only 6 months. However, when I later contacted the manufacturer, I discovered that the treatment would actually take 20 months. I had to travel to Tirana three times: the first time for the mold of the aligners, the second time for the application, and the third time because the aligners hadn’t arrived yet. What a nightmare! Friend of mine recommended to me Luna Dental Clinic in Albania, and I decided to go from England. From the second I walked into Luna Dental Clinic I was greeted by very friendly helpful staff, Everything was so professional and everyone knew what they were doing and were so kind and helpful which made me feel at ease quickly and was able to leave without too much stress. (I hate everything near my face!). I walked out smiling and very happy after having two teeth extracted. I have never felt so happy and grateful for the excellent service. So lucky to find Luna Dental Clinic which I have now been attending for a year. I have always found them to be excellent with both dentistry and dental hygiene . The Practice is extremely well run and I rate them very highly indeed. I would not go anywhere else. I was searching for a dental clinic for years until I found this lovely Luna Dental Clinic in Albania so I travel from London and this is my last destination for ever, I highly recommended to everyone who is looking for a excellent dental clinic friendly staff all speaking English, correct, great service, quality, warranty, and very competitive prices. Një klinikë mbi të gjitha dhe primarja “Akull” e pastër siç duhet të jetë një klinikë dentare , duke vazhduar me stafin e përkushtuar , mjaft të edukuar dhe duarlehtë që ekziston . Mbi të gjitha ndihesh mjaft komode dhe harron që je tek dentisti por në një vënd të ngrohtë dhe plot buzëqeshje .

Devo ammettere che all'inizio ero un po' dubbioso sul fatto di intraprendere delle cure dentali all'estero, ma i componenti della clinica hanno fatto a gara per togliermi ogni perplessità ed ora sono veramente contento! Ho risolto i miei , problemi, posso finalmente ridere ed ho sfruttato l'occasione per fare del turismo di qualità. Un ringraziamento allo staff ed una raccomandazione a seguire il mio percorso per tutti quelli che leggono questa recensione

Fale profesionalizmit dhe perkujdesjes shume te mire te stafit arrita te zgjidh me se miri problemet e dhembeve. Kam vendosur 5 implante dhe kam plotesuar mungesat e dhembe pa prekur dhembe e shendetshem. Ishin pa dhimbje, pa enjtje. Flm,pune te mbare!
