Kam pasur nje eksperience te shkelqyer ne Klinika e Syrit ne Tirane. Sherbimi ishte profesional dhe stafi shume i kujdesshem. Mjeket ishin shume te qarte ne shpjegime, duke me bere te ndihem e sigurt gjate gjithe procesit. E rekomandoj plotesisht per kedo qe kerkon kujdes cilesor per syte! :)

Vajza jone ishte e vogel kishte vetem 6 muaj qe kishte ardhur ne jete pas disa shqetesimeve per syrin qe me pas u bene te dukshme vendosem ta vizitojme .Doktoresha e kuptoi menjehere problemin dhe pasi na shpjegoi na konfermoi nderhyrjen qe duhet ta benim patjeter dhe ne menyre urgjente.Per nje moment u stepa .Doktoresha mu duk shume e re per te bere nderhyrje te tilla kaq te rrezikshme per driten e syrit. Me kane thene fjalet me te mira qe mund te kisha degjuar per nje mjek .Pas operacionit cdo gje shkoi shume mire dhe pas vizitave te herepas’hereshme .Isha shume e lumtur . Nuk gjej dot fjalet e duhura per ta falemnderuar doktoreshen aq sa duhet per punen e saj , per Artin e saj .Nga mami Aretes 🙏

Great service and a very professional staff. They take an excellent care of you and their staff speaks a number of languages so even if you don't speak Albanian communication is always smooth.

Excellent customer service. Especially for myself, I was very nervous for my eye procedure. The staff at the clinic were very warm and welcoming.
