Born in 1976 in Izmir, Prof. Dr. Murat Songu, MD, embarked on his medical journey at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1994 following his graduation from İzmir Atatürk High School. He completed his specialized training in Otorhinolaryngology at Celal Bayar University.In 2005, he honed his skills in rhinologic and otologic surgeries alongside Dr. Guy Lacher at St. Augustin Clinic and Prof. Vincent Darrouzet at the University of Bordeaux in Bordeaux, France.The following year, in 2006, he further expanded his expertise in skull base surgery, cochlear implantation (bionic ear), and cerebellum corner tumor surgery, collaborating with Dr. Didier Portmann at Institut Georges Portmann Clinic and Prof. Vincent Darrouzet at Pellegrin Hospital, affiliated with Bordeaux University.Prof. Dr. Murat Songu is currently working in his own clinic which is located in Alsancak / İzmir.  Dr. Songu serves over 500 hundred patients per year.
