Born in Balıkesir, Turkey, Dr. Sıtkı KARACA completed his medical degree at Anadolu University Faculty of Medicine and became a Medical Doctor. He pursued his specialization at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine and became a Psychiatry Specialist.
