Dr. Oğuz Çörtük's medical journey commenced at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, where he immersed himself in the study of medicine from 1998 to 2005. His passion for the intricacies of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery led him to further specialization at the Ministry of Health Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic, a transformative period spanning from 2008 to 2014.
Following his specialization, Dr. Çörtük dedicated a portion of his career to state service at Sinop Atatürk State Hospital during 2014 and 2015. Subsequently, between 2015 and 2017, he served as a specialist doctor at Istanbul GOP Taksim Training and Research Hospital, specifically contributing his expertise to the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic.
Dr. Çörtük's professional interests and involvements during his education and specialization were extensive, including close engagement in breast and nose aesthetics, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (such as botox, filling, PRP, mesotherapy, non-surgical facelift applications), microsurgery, hand surgery, burns and maxillofacial traumas, oncoplastic surgery, and limb ruptures. His commitment to advancing the field is reflected in scientific articles he has authored, published in both domestic and international journals, covering various plastic surgery techniques.
In 2018, Dr. Çörtük ventured into private practice, establishing his clinic at Terrace Fulya Residence. Over the years, he has successfully conducted hundreds of aesthetic surgery procedures in collaboration with a private health tourism company. In October 2019, he co-founded Lavien clinic with Dr. Alpay Duran, solidifying his dedication to providing comprehensive aesthetic care.
Continuing his commitment to excellence, Dr. Çörtük oversees and performs a wide spectrum of aesthetic surgeries and medical aesthetic procedures under the Lavien clinic umbrella. His journey is marked by a passion for advancing the field, a commitment to patient well-being, and a legacy of transformative care.
