Dr. Resat Aktas, MD, specializes in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery.
Born in Fatsa, Ordu in 1979, he completed his primary education at Antakya Vali Urgen Primary School in 1989. He then graduated from Giresun Hamdi Bozbağ High School in 1996. That same year, he embarked on his medical journey at Gazi University Medical Faculty. In 2003, he commenced his specialization at Dokuz Eylül University Medical Faculty, focusing on Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.
In July 2010, he successfully completed his specialization, supported by his thesis on "The Effect of Adipose Tissue-Derived Adult Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Hypertrophic Scar Tissue: An Experimental Study on Rabbits." From September 2010 to April 2012, he fulfilled his public service duty at Aksaray Public Hospital.
He practiced as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon at various institutions, including Bursa Acıbadem Konur Medical Center (June 2012 - May 2013), Bursa Medical Park Hospital (May 2013 - July 2013), and Dogalife Personal Care and Aesthetic Surgery Center in Pendik, Istanbul.
Since May 2016, he has been dedicated to his private practice in Ataşehir, Istanbul. Dr. Resat Aktas is married and is the father of two daughters.
