Dr. Duran Çekiç graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2012 and completed his medical specialization at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. He served as a research assistant in the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery branch during his residency. Throughout his training, Dr. Çekiç actively participated in national congresses and seminars.
In 2019, he earned the Specialist title in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with a thesis focusing on the influence of Chitosan Tissue Scaffold on the differentiation and proliferation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells derived from fat into fat cells. Following this achievement, Dr. Çekiç fulfilled his compulsory service at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital.
In 2021, Dr. Çekiç resigned from his position at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital and established his own Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic in his hometown, Mersin province. In 2022, he joined EsteCenter Aesthetics and Hair Transplantation Center, an international facility on the European Side of Istanbul. Dr. Çekiç extends his services to patients across Turkey and caters to individuals worldwide, including those from European and Middle Eastern countries, through health tourism.
