Dr Gerhard was recommended to us by our hotel after my wife slipped and hurt her ankle. He is a German orthopaedic specialist and dealt with the whole event quickly and efficiently. I've seen many reviews claiming he's only out to make money! Well, if you can get this treatment anywhere cheaper in the Western world, you're deluded. 1500 Thai Bht per consultation (£35) was fantastic value. The end result after x-ray was a broken metatarsal, and Dr Gerhard supplied a support boot, which is doing a great job and making life more comfortable until our flight home in 5 days.
