I originally went to Renata due to relationship (attachment) issues and health anxiety in Winter 2021. I was initially expecting some help to get me through hard times, but it went far beyond my expectations. Over the course of 8 months (1 hour weekly sessions), Renata effectively triaged and treated the most severe issues (health anxiety) before using the same powerful tools to help me in life in general. Besides her deep knowledge, Renata is a brilliant listener, naturally fun and very easy to talk to. This makes for easy work even on daunting issues. I found it especially useful that she isn't afraid to give creative advice also, drawing on her deep experience in psychotherapy and even biology and philosophy to support more traditional techniques. Specifically we used CBT and schema tools. I'll always consider myself a work in progress, but I feel much less anxious, stronger and more at home in my own head than I have in years! Moreover, she has taught me the tools to maintain this

I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself!

I have been seeing Renata for a number of months now for virtual therapy sessions for Anxiety and a rare form of OCD, I had seen a different therapist before I saw Renata however I was not making progress as ultimately I felt they did not fully understand my particular struggles with Anxiety/OCD.
I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Renata, she is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who got to the root of my issues, we also began looking at other areas of my life that needed improvement. Solving Mental Health struggles can be like putting together a jigsaw, It takes time and consistency to improve your mental health and there may be things that are bothering you that you are not even conscious of but Renata was very intuitive and I felt she really understood my specific issues.

I felt instantly at ease with Renata. I was very nervous before going in. She's very knowledgeable and she seems very humane which was something I worried about. Would highly recommend her services and would advise anyone to not put it off as I had for years. I'm working on some depression and anger management. One session in I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

This journey with Renata began about 6 weeks ago. It was a decision that was not made lightly as I had very conflicting opinions as to what I would actually gain from counselling. But due to a thought that I was beginning to lose my mind and experiencing very high-stress levels from a personal issue, combined with unresolved childhood issues I knew I was in trouble. I remember feeling nervous about being judged or getting strange looks and even though she'll think I'm either over exaggerating a situation or the opposite.
I was met with a very friendly, warm introduction and immediately those doubts I had lessened. Renata, is very down to earth, empathetic and her attention to detail is second to none and how she engages in conversation, allowed me to drop the barrier I had up and the problems I was enduing just flowed.

I was struggling with misophonia and was having trouble processing certain sounds and it got to a point where I couldn’t eat dinner with my family and was struggling to leave my room. I had read online that cognitive behavioural therapy had helped others with misophonia so I decided to give it a go. I booked an appointment with Renata and saw her the next day. Renata was extremely welcoming and very kind. Renata recommended some techniques for me to try to help distract me from the sounds that were bothering me and I found relief nearly instantly. Renata also helped me with any negative thoughts I was having and was very accepting and made me feel very comfortable.

I went to Renata for quite a while as I really struggled to make a change and to see things differently. I was gradually suffering from anxiety and depression that literally got completely out of hand due to life situations and I could no longer see clearly.
It was time to do something and thank goodness I found Renata. She really is amazing, inspirational, and really changed my life with Cognitive behavioural therapy.
I have come so far to the point my mindset is completely different and on how I view things in general. I've changed a lot of things in my life positively due to Renata.
